One Arm Dumbbell Extension I about died doing these. Used 20lbs the whole time. Found that my left arm is a lot stronger than my right arm on this exercise. Also, on my ab workouts I upped the reps of bicycle kick crunches to 30 from 20 each set for 2 sets, and I did 2 sets of 10 on the leg extension crunches. | 3 | 10,8,6 |
